Quiet place, I enjoyed fine personnel.

There were quiet beds and a mini bar, central heating, and an iron and ironing board in the king room. A huge variety of food for breakfast, it was appetising.

Really helpful staff, impressive double room. Good hot and sensational breakfast, with plenty of food.

The stay was good, would recomand. Everything was fine, so were great views of the detroit skyline. Enjoyed my queen suite. The restaurant was magnificent and the staff were attentive and very professional. The breakfast was hot, the check in was early. Took the advantage of the parking nearby.

stayed in this property for 2 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our choice. the staff was always pleasant, wanted to make our stay really great. the location of the hotel was great and beautiful - relatively near caesars windsor slick casino resort.

The rooms with windows facing Detroit and a great view, as for instance. Particularly good and stunning location really close to hill, the Casino and Excellent downtown dining spots, and to watch the Blackhawks vs, fast check-in.

We both enjoyed it, the place is pleasant and gorgeous and suited fine. Hotel's location was marvellous and unbeatable, right next to the river front.

The best thing was how attentive and excellent the staff were.

Very very good building and recently renovated and well priced rooms in good condition. Marvellous and stunning location with parking nearby.

The rooms were reasonably priced with a view, the staff were attentive and extremely friendly. It had a microwave, coffee & tea makers, and a fridge.

This hotel is a great value for the price. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a view of the Detroit skyline. The staff is polite and efficient, and the location is right on the river, close to Windsor's downtown.

No major issues, everything was satisfactory.

We are very happy to see all of the same staff in place since the changeover.

The staffer that checked us in was very distant and rude. Fortunately for you the other staffer with her at the time realised how i was being treated and he tried to compensate. she never told us that we had to use our key card to active the elevators after a specific time. Her directions to the parking was complexand no check for understainding done. We had to come back down and ask someone else. i am a person of color and i wondered if that offended her. we paid our bill like every one else and were in town for a funeral it would have been nice to have encountered a nicer welcome to your hotel. I had been before and was anxious to show my husband.

All in all - had a quiet 1 night stay. The king room was well maintained and impressive. The staff was really helpful and attentive, exceptional services. The location was nice and ideal - just 5 minutes' walk from Caesars Windsor Slick Casino Resort.
